It’s Autumn!!!!!
I can’t deny it, I’m actually really looking forward to cracking out my collection of cosy knits, wearing my homemade scarves – don’t start imagining some highly skilled knitter that makes up patterns in her head (that’d be my Mother!), I’m a very specific knitter – I can knit scarves and baby booties and that’s about it – but to be fair, those two have served me well thus far!!
I’m looking forward to finding some different styles to rock over the next few months, like pinafores and dungarees, I’m loving that they’re both back and I think they’re going to be really fun to style for my age group – or maybe it’ll be a colossal fail!! Who knows?!! We live, we learn right? I’m also loving all these Chanel inspired skirts that have been cropping up in this years A/W fashion. With a black polo neck top and black tights, these skirts become show stopping pieces, so I plan on picking up one or two along the way. Speaking of, I’ve popped some shoppable pieces below for you incase you’re in the market for some new, warmer options as we head into the cooler months.
What’s your favourite thing about Autumn? Let me know in the comments below!
I have to say, I love a good mood board, especially when it’s all about Autumn (the best season of the year in my opinion)!
I’ve just come across your blog and I love the layout, the way it is written and the photographs. 🙂

Hi Rebecca! I do Love Autumn too, mostly because it’s not summer ( a season that I don’t really love). I find myself better in cosy jumpers and with some fresh and crispy air.
Unfortunately, I won’t have all of that until the very end of October, since I’m living in Southern Spain…
I’ll be checking your blog! 😉

It’s funny because it’s spring here in Australia and I’m looking forward to shedding the layers, haha! It’s been quite strange weather – it’s cold and rainy at the moment but it was summer temps last week! Hoping I get to pack away my layers for good soon!
I hope that you are having a good week so far! 🙂
