Wreath Shopping

Last year was the first time we bought a wreath and as it was just for our little apartment door, we had to go mini as we didn’t want our neighbours to give out! THIS year we have a proper front door and oh my goshie was I getting a big wreath for it!!

What do you think? I’m totally in love with it, the colours are beautiful and it’s not so fussy that I’m put off – there’s just enough pizazz for it to be wonderous – I mean – Look At It!

It’s such a welcoming sight to come home to – I went wreath shopping in Dunnes who were selling lots of different designs for just €10!

FYI It is indeed real and smells positively divine! I’ve never had a real Christmas tree in the house before, my family always went the artificial route and I’m still a big fan of that myself but I must say, the scent of pine when I open my door each day is really rather lovely!

If you’re based in London, I recommend buying from a flower market like this place or if you’re looking for a more boutiquey version this place do gorgeous ones around now. However, if you’re in Chiswick, I urge you to visit the flower stall owners that pitch up just infront of Le Pain Quotidien on Chiswick High Road, they do brilliant ones!
