Green Machine Protein Shake

Whether I’m fresh from a workout or in need of a boost first thing in the morning, this shake is one I find myself turning to time and time again

1 Banana

2 big handfuls Spinach

1 heaped tbsp peanut butter

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup protein powder (I use this one)

1 cup Coconut water

This is packed full of good stuff and will have you feeling full right up until lunch

For anyone put off by it’s colour, don’t be, it tastes yummy – trust me and give it a try!
