Happy Half Birthday To Me!

Recently it was my Half-Birthday, for those of you who are confused, let me explain:

Columbia Road Flower Market

“Half-Birthday” [haf, hahf]-[burth-dey] (noun)

1. When you’re 6 months away from your birthday and you do a little happy dance.

2. It’s 6 months since your birthday and you’re in need of a pick me up / treat.

3. The perfect excuse to buy yourself something extravagant for no discernible reason other than, it’s your half-birthday!

For those of you who are akin to my ways, lets continue!

To “celebrate”, I have gathered together, a few things that I want – a lot!

For starters I would love an OBSCENELY big bouquet of flowers from the Columbia Road Flower Market

Next!

Mini Lily

Meet Lily – Mini Lily to be exact, hailing from Mulberry in a gorgeous canary yellow that positively sings ‘Summertime’ from the roof tops!

Giambattista Valli Dress

This stunning organza-trimmed floral-print tweed mini dress by Giambattista Valli via Net-a-Porter is a must for a relaxed morning in the sunshine, you know the kind I mean – sipping cappuccino, eating a massive Croissant with raspberry jam and catching up on Porter

Closet Dress

This dress by Closet Clothing is a favourite because of its beautiful soft powder blue tone and fun collar, it can be found on the sellers website, or ‘Exclusive” to ASOS

Christian Louboutin

Last, but by no means least, Christian Louboutin’s Pigalle shoe is one of his most iconic styles and when I saw this pale pink pair, well, needless to say, it’s love! I NEED THEM!!

Go forth and celebrate your Half-Birthday!
