I made Pink Lemonade for the very first time!
1 Orange (Sliced)
1 1/2 Lemons (Sliced)
300g Caster Sugar
350ml Cold water
Mint for decoration (optional)
Put the orange, lemons, raspberries and sugar into your pan and pour the cold water on top
Heat the ingredients, stirring frequently and bring to boil, then set aside until cool
Once cooled, strain through a sieve and mash with a spoon to make sure you get all the juices from the fruit
Pour a small amount of the syrup into a glass (1/4 of your glass) and top with still or sparkling water
The syrup can be kept for a week as long as you keep it in the fridge!
Now sit back, relax and slurp away on your refreshing summer drink!
