Hometown Garden

This weekend I went home to green oul Ireland to spend some time with my family

Peppermint Dolly

This little furry face is Sam, she’s our outdoor cat who found us a few Christmases ago – no seriously, she turned up on the 23rd December and never left! After making sure she wasn’t a lost lil’lady, we took her in and she’s been part of the family ever since. At this time I would like to point out the fact that I am HIGHLY allergic to all cats but I love her to bits so…I just go ahead and pick her up anyway! Mom literally has Piriton on hand, each and every time I go home – bless her!

Sam acts more like a dog most of the time to be honest with you, she gallops around the garden and some of her mannerisms are so dog-like, it just gets confusing!! You’ll be out in the garden and she’ll make a beeline for you and then crash out on her back looking for a tummy rub and a bit of a play fight – she’s crackers – but so much fun!

She’s also awesome cause (depending on the light) she’s multicoloured!

I miss our garden so much when I’m in London, it’s just the most amazing patch of grass you ever did see! My folks love having lots of different things going on, so there’s always something new to look at when I visit. This weekend I went for a little wander and took a few pictures for you all!
